Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills are essential. Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance is also required.

Requirements

• Bachelo’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proven track record of successful omnichannel digital banking leadership, preferably within the financial services industry
• Strong understanding of digital banking technologies, including mobile apps, online platforms, and emerging trends
• Demonstrated ability to drive customer-centric strategies, with a focus on enhancing user experiences
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions
• Effective communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in the banking industry

Responsibilities

• Establish and implement software development standards, CI/CD pipelines, and test automation
• Promote a sustainable, high-quality engineering culture
• Plan and manage the release cycle, including testing and deployment
• Coordinate with development, QA, support, and business teams to minimize release risks
• Research and implement modern technologies to enhance system efficiency
• Lead migrations to modern tech stacks and add new features to omnichannel solutions
• Gather business requirements and co-develop architectural solutions
• Translate business needs into technical implementation
