Join Figure, a leading non-bank HELOC lender, as an Onboarding Associate and contribute to the growth of our next-generation consumer financial services products. In this project management role, you will assist in onboarding new lenders onto our platforms, providing training, and ensuring a seamless transition to production. You will collaborate with various teams, including product, engineering, legal, finance, and training, to achieve efficient deployment. This fast-paced role offers opportunities for creative problem-solving and building strong business relationships. The position reports to the Onboarding Manager and involves working with both Figure Wholesale and Private Label/LaaS partners. Requirements
- BS/BA with 3-5+ years of project management or customer success experience
- Demonstrated understanding of project management processes and methods
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders and teams
- Strong communication skills with the ability to distill complex concepts into digestible formats
- Ability to effectively establish project management best practices across teams, within Figureβs existing toolset
- Proven success working cross functionally and building solid long term business relationships
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
Responsibilities
- Assist in the execution of the onboarding process for new lenders including working across product, engineering, legal, finance, Ops, and training for both Figure Wholesale and Private Label/LaaS partners to ensure a seamless process
- Respond to Partner requests in collaboration with the Onboarding Manager and Sales leaders
- Collaborate with training teams to educate stakeholders (admins, loan officers, accounting, compliance, etc)
- Opportunistically promote the Figure product with partners during onboarding to stimulate demand and increase the rate of engagement at launch
- Execute onboarding tasks as defined by the Onboarding Manager and ensure all teams are actively working towards established milestones
- Execute project plans to ensure efficient deployment
- Participate in regular Partner external meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects
- Establish knowledge of the Figure data room and due diligence materials for Partners
Preferred Qualifications
- High level of business acumen; some B2B experience is a bonus
- Experience in FinTech or consumer lending products is a plus
- Desire to expand and contribute in other related functions associated with the ongoing development of the HELOC offering (eg. new partner acquisition, pricing, marketing, training, lender engagement etc.)
