Summary

Join cargo.one as an Onboarding Consultant and guide freight forwarders through our platform, ensuring their success. You will lead onboarding sessions, provide setup assistance, and identify upsell opportunities. This role requires strong communication, technical affinity, and organizational skills. Requirements

  • Proven experience in engaging with digital products and explaining them clearly to non-technical audiences
  • Ability to juggle multiple clients and tasks while staying organized and focused on achieving measurable outcomes
  • A natural communicator who thrives on connecting with others, whether it's in-person, over the phone, or through written mediums
  • Passionate about understanding customer needs and finding the best ways to help them succeed
  • Native or fluent proficiency in English

Responsibilities

  • Be the first friendly face customers meet as you guide them through the cargo.one experience
  • Lead engaging onboarding calls and meetings to empower customers to master our platform
  • Understand client workflows intimately, identifying pain points, and providing personalized onboarding tailored to address their specific needs
  • Ensure our customers' success through proactive communication—via phone, email, and other channels—to build strong relationships
  • Develop and optimize repeatable onboarding processes to ensure consistency and scalability
  • Identify opportunities for expansion by introducing customers to new products, features, and relevant add-ons
  • Drive customer satisfaction and retention by integrating them seamlessly into our ecosystem

Preferred Qualifications

  • German or Spanish language skills
  • Experience in customer onboarding, account management, or similar roles in SaaS
  • Fluency in English is a must, and additional languages are a very big plus!
  • Experience in the freight forwarding or aviation industry
  • Background in a fast-paced, early-stage tech environment
  • Basic knowledge of CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
