Summary
Join Trax Retail as a remote Onboarding Specialist, working from Central America or Mexico. You'll be responsible for onboarding new app users and retail representatives, ensuring they are fully prepared for their roles. Requirements
- Availability to work both Saturdays & Sundays is required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an Advanced English level
- Great ability to follow up and manage multiple tasks at the same time while working independently
- Experience in onboarding processes or in similar roles
- Experience with CRM / ATS / clients or candidates datatabases
- Ability to work with sensitive and confidential information
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Responsibilities
- Work with the project team and leads to understand hiring needs
- Source and interview candidates from various channels
- Introduce and onboard vetted rep candidates to the Survey Merchandiser app
- Ensure the newΒ reps are set up for success by providing appropriate training
- Assign reps to projects and manage attendance
- Troubleshoot any issues as needed, working with the support team where necessary
