Requirements
- Minimum 2 + years of experience in a similar role, preferable in a SaaS or tech environment
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in CRM systems and other relevant software tools
Responsibilities
- Engage with inbound leads to understand their needs and provide tailored onboarding support
- Answer questions and provide detailed information about Codecademy Teams products and services
- Focus on improving the conversion rate from trial to paid subscriptions by offering exceptional onboarding support
- Collaborate with marketing, IT, and customer service departments to ensure a seamless onboarding experience
- Track and report on key metrics related to onboarding and conversion rates
- Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams to improve the onboarding process and customer experience
