Summary

Join Xometry's Partner Network Management Team as a Partner Onboarding Specialist! Support newly onboarded manufacturers through their first order process, ensuring successful production, delivery, and payment. You will utilize various communication channels to resolve issues and supervise order processing within internal systems. Data analysis and process optimization are key aspects of this role. This is a fully remote position with a structured 8-hour workday and numerous benefits.

Requirements

  • Speaks fluently and conducts business correspondence (at level of B2 or higher) in English, Russian - desirable
  • Has at least 1 year of relevant experience (customer support / procurement / logistics / order management)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Has a comfortable workplace with stable internet access and the possibility to participate in conference calls (position is 100% home office)

Responsibilities

  • Support partners (manufacturers) who have just joined Xometry to make their first order, produce and send it successfully, to get feedback and get paid on time
  • Support partners around the world and help them resolve problems using different communication channels (emails, internal messaging system, calls, tickets, etc
  • Supervision of the processing of production orders, documentation in internal CRM and ERP systems
  • Support of the manufacturing process: control of dates and dispatch, organization of delivery and quality control of the products
  • Solving problems and special cases with manufacturers that occur during order processing
  • Analyze data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and develop recommendations to optimize partner onboarding process

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in working with engineering orders as well as experience with transactional IT systems for the automation of sales, production and logistics processes are an advantage
