Requirements

Responsibilities

• Manage site content to ensure accurate and engaging promotional materials are displayed to players
• Provide clear and organized promotional details to customer service teams
• Collaborate with the Casino Promotions team to design unique, ROI-driven promotional experiences that enhance player engagement
• Create tasks for the creative team to develop promotional assets and ensure timely availability
• Work closely with the CRM team to brief them on upcoming promotions and ensure accurate, timely communication to the appropriate players
• Draft promotional terms and conditions with guidance from legal and compliance teams
• Coordinate with the Casino Operations team to select high-quality content for promotions and align game offerings with player eligibility
• Partner with the BI team to secure analytical support for promotional performance analysis
• Communicate upcoming promotions with marketing acquisition and partnership teams to ensure proper distribution and alignment
• Deliver an industry-leading experience to customers through seamless promotional execution
• Maintain operational readiness with open availability and a flexible schedule to address any promotional issues
• Perform other duties as assigned to support promotional and business objectives
