Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in online marketing, preferably in a technology company
  • In-depth knowledge and experience with SEO, SEA, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems, such as HubSpot
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools such as Google Analytics
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Creative, results-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and digital technologies

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive online marketing strategies tailored to the Camper, Maritime, Industrial, and Powersports markets for both B2B and B2C audiences
  • Identify market trends and customer needs specific to these sectors to formulate effective marketing plans together with the Marketing Manager
  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns through channels such as SEO, SEA, social media, email marketing, and display advertising, specifically targeting the Camper, Maritime, Industrial, and Powersports markets
  • Manage the online marketing budget, ensuring all campaigns are executed on time and within budget
  • Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Hootsuite, and other marketing automation platforms
  • Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for future campaigns based on data insights
  • Develop and implement strategies for lead generation and nurturing, including the use of CRM systems and marketing automation tools, with a focus on the unique customer journeys in the target markets
  • Manage and optimize the customer journey to increase conversion rates
  • Create content for new campaigns (15-20% of your time)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience or a strong interest in the Camper, Maritime, Industrial, or Powersports market is a plus
  • Fluent in Dutch and English. French and German are preferred
