Online Math Teacher

Deliver engaging online math courses in English to students in the U.S., Canada, and the U.K. (Grades 3-6). This full-time role requires teaching according to our curriculum, ensuring excellent learning outcomes. The first six months involve on-site training in Kuala Lumpur, followed by remote work with flexible hours. Requirements

• College Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply! Any major is welcome as long as you are passionate in teaching kids math
• Able to teach in English fluently, bilingual in Mandarin is a big plus
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different educational systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for teaching and inspiring young learners

Responsibilities

• Attend comprehensive training sessions during the first six months
• Prepare lesson plans according to the Think Academy curriculum
• Participate in regular teacher development workshops
• Participate in student evaluations/assessment and engage in parents communications
• Conduct live, interactive online math classes for assigned Grade 3 - Grade 6 students
• Foster an engaging and inclusive learning environment
• Deliver high-quality instruction tailored to diverse student needs
• Provide detailed feedback and reports on student progress
• Collaborate with parents to track student development
• Grading homeworks and provide homework help sessions to students needed
• Provide students office hours, etc. to ensure student learning results
• Support student retention and progression by implementing Think Academy’s post-class engagement strategies
• Any other teaching related activities or services assigned
