Requirements

• 2-6 years of experience in Online Reputation Management
• Proven track record of managing reviews and moderating discussions
• Experience with influencer collaboration and engagement
• Strong analytical skills to gather and interpret review data
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Manage online reputation across various platforms, including Reddit, TrustPilot, and YouTube
• Gather and analyze reviews to improve customer perception
• Moderate online discussions to ensure a positive brand image
• Collaborate with influencers to enhance brand visibility
• Develop and implement strategies to manage and improve online reputation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with reputation management tools and software
• Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies
• Previous experience in a similar role within a dynamic environment
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
