Summary

The job is for a Communications Specialist who will write, review, and publish content, manage the company's reputation online, provide advice to teams, assess risks, and lead projects. Core requirements are experience in communications, strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools, understanding of technology, fluency in English.

Requirements

• Proven experience in communications, online reputation management or a related field
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and utilise data to drive decisions
• Strong writing skills and the ability to analyse and interpret information
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with various social media platforms and digital marketing tools
• Fluent in English: both written and spoken

Responsibilities

• Write, review, and publish high-quality articles, blog posts, and other content on our website and social media platforms
• Provide advice and direction to the different teams within the company
• Monitor online conversations and manage the company's reputation across various digital channels
• Assess risks and work on crisis management communications to mitigate potential threats to our online reputation
• Lead and participate in diverse projects within the company, contributing to the overall success of our initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

Understanding of technology would be a huge plus
