Summary

Join Leadtech as a dynamic Operational Excellence Manager and drive efficiency, streamline processes, and ensure high-quality delivery across the production lifecycle. You will identify and analyze bottlenecks, develop and implement process improvements using Agile, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies, and establish KPIs to track performance. This role involves leading cross-functional initiatives, documenting processes, facilitating training, managing project management tools, and ensuring quality standards. You will also prepare performance reports, manage risk assessments, and develop mitigation strategies. The ideal candidate is a passionate problem-solver with strong analytical and communication skills and experience in operational excellence and project management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
  • +5 years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or project management
  • Operational consulting experience - Big 4 or Top-tier consulting or equivalent experience
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban)
  • Experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.) and CI/CD pipelines
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams
  • Advanced level in English and Spanish (written and spoken), ideally with experience in international environments

Responsibilities

  • Identify and analyze bottlenecks and inefficiencies within the production lifecycle
  • Develop and implement process improvements using methodologies like Agile, Lean, and Six Sigma
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize workflows, improve communication, and enhance collaboration
  • Document and standardize processes to ensure consistency and repeatability
  • Facilitate continuous improvement workshops and training sessions
  • Manage and optimize our project management tools and methodologies
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices
  • Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance and improvement initiatives
  • Manage risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies

Preferred Qualifications

Certification in Lean Six Sigma is a plus
