Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
  • +5 years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or project management
  • Operational consulting experience - Big 4 or Top-tier consulting or equivalent experience
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban)
  • Experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.) and CI/CD pipelines
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams
  • Advanced level in English and Spanish (written and spoken), ideally with experience in international environments

Responsibilities

  • Identify and analyze bottlenecks and inefficiencies within the production lifecycle
  • Develop and implement process improvements using methodologies like Agile, Lean, and Six Sigma
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize workflows, improve communication, and enhance collaboration
  • Document and standardize processes to ensure consistency and repeatability
  • Facilitate continuous improvement workshops and training sessions
  • Manage and optimize our project management tools and methodologies
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices
  • Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance and improvement initiatives
  • Manage risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies

Preferred Qualifications

Certification in Lean Six Sigma
