Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- +5 years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or project management
- Operational consulting experience - Big 4 or Top-tier consulting or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban)
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.) and CI/CD pipelines
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams
- Advanced level in English and Spanish (written and spoken), ideally with experience in international environments
Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze bottlenecks and inefficiencies within the production lifecycle
- Develop and implement process improvements using methodologies like Agile, Lean, and Six Sigma
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and identify areas for improvement
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize workflows, improve communication, and enhance collaboration
- Document and standardize processes to ensure consistency and repeatability
- Facilitate continuous improvement workshops and training sessions
- Manage and optimize our project management tools and methodologies
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices
- Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance and improvement initiatives
- Manage risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
Preferred Qualifications
Certification in Lean Six Sigma
