Summary

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in internal operations with administrative work, excellent English communication skills, proficiency in Google Workspace and data management software, detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, self-starter who can work effectively with minimal supervision or direction, energetic, resourceful, and capable of adapting to changing priorities. Requirements

• Minimum of 2 year of experience in internal operations with experience in administrative work
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information across all department effectively
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and data management software

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day internal operations and administrative work
• Manage and update company databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
• Keep track of inventory levels and proactively order supplies when needed
• Maintain financial, team member, and client records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy
• Draft and mail customer correspondence and newsletters, maintaining a professional and engaging tone
• Organize events, schedule meetings, and make travel arrangements as required
• Manage the maintenance of office and facility equipment to ensure optimal functionality
• Provide administrative support to other departments or projects as needed
