You will play a crucial role in optimizing business performance by collecting and analyzing data across various functions. This high-impact position involves supporting the Customer Success team, delivering insights to senior leadership, and ensuring timely and accurate reporting on business initiatives. You will also lead cross-functional program teams, act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, and participate in special projects. This role requires strong analytical skills, experience with data analysis and customer insights, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Salesforce CRM software.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, customer insights, customer success, operations, etc
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Google Slides & Salesforce CRM software
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management - proven track record working on multiple workstreams, while demonstrating the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- BA/BS degree
Responsibilities
- Execute on data analysis, often across various and complex data sources, to support Bloomreach’s Customer Success team
- Support Customer Success Operations Managers deliver on the Customer Success Platform roadmap
- Support Customer Success Operations team on execution and delivery of insights to senior leadership
- Maintain ongoing customer reporting and delivery to cross-functional business partners
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional program teams, ensuring execution of Customer Success Operations projects
- Act as trusted advisor to internal stakeholders by surfacing unforeseen risks and prioritizing key opportunities to drive Bloomreach towards best in class net retention rate
- Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
- Solid experience with B2B SaaS and business fundamentals is a plus
- Natural problem solver and change driver; intellectually curious and critical thinker, able to anticipate challenges and changes before they happen
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced technology-driven company and skilled at applying structure to an unstructured environment
- Ideally has experience in the eCommerce space, including site merchandising, marketing, analytics
