Operations Analyst

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in operations, data analytics, project management, or a similar role in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with an ability to manage competing priorities
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Airtable, Monday, Jira, or similar
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively across different teams
• A problem-solver with a knack for streamlining processes and a passion for operational efficiency
• Gritty and resilient, able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Assist our customer facing team in setting up customer instances, organizing documentation, coordinating with customers on required documentation, etc
• Implement and manage tools to streamline customer delivery, track progress, and ensure timely completion of audits
• Continuously assess and improve internal processes to enhance team efficiency and productivity
• Collaborate across teams to ensure all aspects of customer facing processes are aligned, from preparation to delivery

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in an audit, compliance, or information security environment is a plus
