This cross-functional role will allow you to interact with various areas of the business, understand their needs, and learn about how Fever works.

Requirements

• You have 1-2 years of relevant experience (e.g., consulting, operations or tech related)
• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Data Analytics or related fields
• You are fluent in French, English and Spanish
• You embrace change and you create it! We are a fast-growing company and we want you to help us to adapt to these changes
• You have a strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Participate in different company-wide projects focused on improving a specific area of the business
• Have the opportunity to lead a project with the support of senior members of your team, ensuring it reaches the defined goals, objectives, and timelines
• Lead the necessary analysis for the completion of multiple projects, identifying the best solutions in each scenario taking into account different factors such as client satisfaction, cost control and profitability
• Identify areas of improvement and work on the continuous improvement strategy across all areas of the business
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify project requirements, scope, and deliverables
