Operations Associate

Requirements

• Ability to communicate proficiently
• Positive, high energy, team-spirited
• Detail-oriented and accurate; ability to learn new platforms
• Knowledge of Google Suite, Zendesk, and Shopify is a plus
• Previous experience in Retail Operations or as Stock Associate
• Previous experience in fulfillment/shipment is preferred but not required
• Previous experience in eCommerce is ideal and retail experience is useful
• Ability to lift a maximum of 50 lbs based on the needs of the role
• Must operate with a sense of urgency, and have attention to detail
• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination is required for employment

Responsibilities

• Support the operations team to inspect products and quality control of orders to ensure quality standards are maintained
• Support the photography department with their demands
• Support the authentication team when is needed to
• Helping to control the quality of the inventory, and to categorize inventory in the database
• Basic data entry and computer skills
• Using in-house software, providing precise, accurate information for records
• Meeting immediate goals, deadlines, standards, and expectations
• Take on additional duties as assigned by leadership
• Strong attention to detail
