Summary
Join Assistantly's vibrant unicorn community as a Strategic Operations Coordinator! This remote, full-time role focuses on optimizing workflows and project execution across multiple teams using ClickUp. You will serve as the primary ClickUp administrator, implementing AI-powered automation, and collaborating with various departments. Requirements
- Strong ClickUp expertise (certification preferred) with experience in workflow automation and dashboard management
- Project management experience (PMP or equivalent preferred) with a proven ability to structure and track project execution
- Experience leveraging AI-powered automation tools for workflow optimization
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and process improvement
- Proactive and self-directed approach to managing cross-functional team projects
- Strong communication and writing skills to document meeting outcomes, assign tasks, and provide structured project updates
- Accountability-driven mindset with the ability to ensure deadlines are met
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary ClickUp administrator, maintaining structured workflows, dashboards, and automation
- Optimize project tracking and task management to ensure accountability across teams
- Convert meeting outcomes into actionable tasks and monitor execution across departments
- Implement AI-powered automation tools to enhance operational efficiency
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and propose structured process improvements
- Assign, track, and escalate tasks to ensure the timely execution of high-priority initiatives
- Collaborate with leadership and various teams (finance, leasing, marketing, and investor relations) to ensure seamless workflow alignment
- Track KPIs, project milestones, and execution bottlenecks, providing weekly progress reports to leadership
- Provide ClickUp training and troubleshooting support to team members
- Ensure that all assigned tasks move forward efficiently without delays
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Commercial Real Estate or Investment Operations is a plus but not required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, SharePoint, and Excel
