Requirements

  • Strong ClickUp expertise (certification preferred) with experience in workflow automation and dashboard management
  • Project management experience (PMP or equivalent preferred) with a proven ability to structure and track project execution
  • Experience leveraging AI-powered automation tools for workflow optimization
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and process improvement
  • Proactive and self-directed approach to managing cross-functional team projects
  • Strong communication and writing skills to document meeting outcomes, assign tasks, and provide structured project updates
  • Accountability-driven mindset with the ability to ensure deadlines are met

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary ClickUp administrator, maintaining structured workflows, dashboards, and automation
  • Optimize project tracking and task management to ensure accountability across teams
  • Convert meeting outcomes into actionable tasks and monitor execution across departments
  • Implement AI-powered automation tools to enhance operational efficiency
  • Identify workflow inefficiencies and propose structured process improvements
  • Assign, track, and escalate tasks to ensure the timely execution of high-priority initiatives
  • Collaborate with leadership and various teams (finance, leasing, marketing, and investor relations) to ensure seamless workflow alignment
  • Track KPIs, project milestones, and execution bottlenecks, providing weekly progress reports to leadership
  • Provide ClickUp training and troubleshooting support to team members
  • Ensure that all assigned tasks move forward efficiently without delays

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Commercial Real Estate or Investment Operations is a plus but not required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, SharePoint, and Excel
