Operations Manager, Remote - Worldwide

Summary

The Operations Manager, Order Management will assist in managing Mexico customer orders, support cross-border fulfillment, and work closely with the US Logistics team. Ideal candidate should have 3+ years of experience in a similar role, fluency in Spanish, strong communication skills, organizational skills, problem-solving skills, analytical skills, proficiency with ERP software (Netsuite, Coupa, SAP) and CRM systems (Salesforce), working knowledge of accounting principles, and a Bachelor's Degree. The role is remote.

Requirements

• 3+ years of related experience in a similar role within Order / Operations Management
• English + Spanish fluency in speaking and in writing
• Very strong Excel skills and highly sensitive to numbers
• Proficiency with ERP software (i.e. Netsuite, Coupa, SAP) and CRM systems (Salesforce)
• Working knowledge of accounting principles
• Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent work experience, required

Responsibilities

• Assist in the daily activities associated with overseeing Mexico customer orders (quote, audit, and returns)
• Support cross-border fulfillment
• Work closely with the US Logistics team to schedule shipments and liaise with local brokers to resolve possible custom/forwarder issues
• Process replacement orders and proceed with the applicable RMA process as the main point of contact for our sales AEs in the event of customer returns
• Perform tasks/projects assigned, such as follow-up with Mexico accounts on collections
