Operations Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in operations management in B2B, preferably within cybersecurity or a similar industry
• Knowledge and experience with EOS framework required
• Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects
• Strong understanding of operational workflows and process optimization
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to analyze data and present actionable insights

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize daily operations, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives by developing, implementing, and monitoring operational processes to enhance efficiency
• Help oversee and support HR and finance processes and workflows
• Oversee the client journey from sales to delivery of services, collaborating with teams to address roadblocks and help facilitate and resolve client escalations
• Oversee the vetting, onboarding, and ongoing management of company vendors
• Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements to streamline workflows. Leverage technology to automate repetitive tasks and integrate tools for better team collaborations
• Serve as a point of contact for operational escalations, ensuring timely resolution
• Ensure all federal, state, and local tax compliance requirements are being met and maintained as well as insurance coverage both internally and for RSI’s clients

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with compliance frameworks like PCI DSS, ISO 27001, or similar is a plus
• Excellent project management skills; PMP or similar certification is a plus
• Proficiency in using project management tools (e.g., Asana, Mavenlink)
