Requirements
- 5+ years in marketing operations or a similar role, ideally within a B2B SaaS or security company
- Proficient with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), CRM systems (Salesforce expertise required), and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
- Skilled in analyzing and interpreting data to make informed decisions
- Proven ability to design and implement scalable marketing workflows and processes
- A team player who thrives in cross-functional environments and effectively aligns diverse stakeholders
- Highly organized with a focus on accuracy and process optimization
Responsibilities
- Own and manage marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and ensure seamless integration with CRM systems (Salesforce)
- Maintain and enhance marketing databases, ensuring data hygiene and segmentation accuracy
- Collaborate with Sales and Revenue Operations to optimize MQL routing, lead scoring, and follow-up processes
- Develop and maintain dashboards to measure marketing performance, pipeline impact, and campaign ROI
- Analyze marketing data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization
- Report regularly on the effectiveness of campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement
- Design, document, and implement scalable processes to improve marketing efficiency
- Work closely with demand generation, content, and digital marketing teams to streamline workflows and campaign execution
- Support campaign planning with audience segmentation, performance insights, and attribution modeling
- Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategies
- Collaborate with finance and leadership to forecast and report marketing contributions to revenue
- Act as the key operational liaison between marketing and other departments to drive results
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in cybersecurity or identity industries
- Familiarity with lead scoring models and ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies
- Advanced certifications in Salesforce or marketing automation platforms
- Experience mentoring or managing junior team members
