• Skilled in fostering a data-driven culture of experimentation and continuous improvement
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across departments
• Ability to translate high-level goals into actionable plans and adapt to changing priorities
• Experienced in tracking KPIs to measure project success and provide data-driven insights

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project management standards and processes for high-impact, cross-functional programs
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of strategic initiatives
• Create detailed project plans (timelines, resource allocation, risk management) that align with business priorities
• Promote a culture of experimentation, encouraging a fail-fast mindset to foster innovation and learning
• Continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in executing business strategies
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and optimize the success of strategic initiatives
• Engage and influence stakeholders, leveraging strong communication and presentation skills
