• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in startups, strategy development, operations and related verticals

Responsibilities

• Challenge yourself in different verticals of supply operations team
• Career opportunities in supply operations team depending on your personal improvement
• Strive for operational excellence while building empathy with couriers
• Ensure data sensitivity and integrity, ensuring compliance
• Serve as the first point of contact for couriers in the region
• Recruit and onboard couriers for Trendyol Go
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders and Fleet Operations Manager

• Strong communication skills to manage internal and external stakeholders
• Being proactive and having autonomous problem solving capabilities
• Excel knowledge and data interpretation skills
