Summary

The job is for a Fraud Analyst within Trendyol's Customer & Seller Experience Team, focusing on fraud analysis and prevention. The role requires 2 years of experience in risk management or related fields and offers a hybrid working model.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2 years experience in risk management, fraud investigation, law enforcement or business operation

Responsibilities

• Researching and analyzing live seller transactions for possible cases of fraud
• Analyzing fraud patterns and order trends, and making recommendations on how to adjust fraud filters to increase efficiency and effectiveness
• Developing projects for sellers' fraud
• Following up end-to-end seller processes and defining to risks

• Experienced in process development and improvement issues
