Requirements

  • Have 3+ years of direct B2B sales experience with a proven track record in the top 10–20% of performers
  • Have 3+ years of SaaS experience and the ability to communicate technical solutions clearly
  • Be proficient in Microsoft 365 and experienced in CRM systems (Salesforce a plus)
  • Understand RMM, PSA, CPQ & IT Documentation tools, plus IT infrastructure, SaaS architecture, databases, and cybersecurity basics
  • Use LinkedIn strategically to build and nurture relationships
  • Demonstrate strong communication skillsβ€”both verbal and written

Responsibilities

  • Lead engaging, business-focused conversations with partners to identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and operational benchmarking
  • Deliver demos, benchmarking, and strategic planning sessions to inspire partner adoption
  • Collaborate with Channel Account Managers to keep the sales pipeline active, healthy, and closing
  • Drive and exceed monthly sales goals while growing the number of partners consuming our solutions
  • Share trends and best practices in operational maturity so partners stay ahead of the curve
  • Manage and track all opportunities in Salesforce with precision
