Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in operations, project coordination, or similar roles
- Proven ability to streamline workflows and implement efficient systems
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Able to juggle multiple responsibilities while staying highly organized
- Comfortable working independently and proactively
Responsibilities
- Manage and improve internal processes and workflows
- Coordinate cross-functional communication between departments or teams
- Maintain documentation, SOPs, and internal resources for consistency and clarity
- Track operational KPIs and generate reports to support business goals
- Help onboard new team members and ensure alignment with company processes
- Work closely with leadership to execute strategic initiatives
- Liaise with vendors, external contractors, and service providers
- Support light HR, finance, or project management tasks depending on client needs
