Summary

Join a fast-growing, global staffing agency as an Operations Strategist, where you'll play a crucial role in running the business across various functions, including Recruiting, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Operations. This role requires a versatile individual who can adapt to diverse tasks, from leading pricing strategy sprints to mapping client onboarding workflows. You'll have the opportunity to build and refine scalable SOPs, identify and resolve bottlenecks, and manage small teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical and organizational mindset, experience in managing people and cross-functional projects, and a deep understanding of Google Sheets. Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, ClickUp, Slack, and Zapier is also preferred.

Requirements

  • 5 –8 years of experience in operations, project management, or team leadership across multiple functions
  • Background in a B2B environment (ideally in B2B services, SaaS, recruiting/staffing, or tech)
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills — you love structure, systems, and spreadsheets
  • Experience managing people and cross-functional projects
  • You are amazing at Google Sheets. If you’re not, this is not the job for you

Responsibilities

  • Cross-functional ownership of Recruiting, Finance, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, or general Business Operations
  • Build and refine scalable SOPs; identify bottlenecks and fix them
  • Run strategic projects from scoping to execution — pricing, onboarding, process redesign, internal tools, etc
  • Create dashboards and reports in Google Sheets or Excel to track performance across departments
  • Manage and coach small teams (e.g. recruiters, bookkeepers, AR/AP specialists), depending on your focus area
  • Use tools like Zapier, HubSpot, and ClickUp to streamline workflows and automate repetitive tasks
  • Forecast revenue, model growth scenarios, and support strategic decision-making alongside leadership
  • Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Account Management to keep cross-team execution aligned

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with HubSpot, ClickUp, Slack, and Zapier — or fast learners who can ramp up quickly
  • A scrappy, adaptable generalist mindset — excited to take on whatever is most important this week
  • Excellent communicator who works well across departments and personalities
