Summary
Join Bankjoy, a FinTech startup, as their Demand Generation Lead to own the strategy, execution, and reporting for demand generation programs. This leadership role requires driving pipeline growth while scaling systems, teams, and campaigns. You will lead campaign reporting and attribution, mentor direct reports, and own marketing's contribution to pipeline. The role also involves managing HubSpot, developing lead scoring, and building seamless marketing-to-sales processes. You will design and execute multi-channel campaigns, manage external agencies, and conduct A/B testing and optimization. Finally, you will deliver executive-level reporting on marketing performance.
Requirements
- 7+ years of B2B marketing experience with a focus on demand generation
- Experience providing exec-level reporting in demand gen outcomes
- Experience managing people or external teams (contractors, agencies, or direct reports)
- Strong track record of designing and executing high-performing campaigns
- Proficiency with HubSpot
- Deep understanding of marketing attribution and funnel metrics
- Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills
- Data-driven mindset with a strong focus on performance and reporting
Responsibilities
- Lead campaign reporting and attribution; ensure consistent reporting standards across all initiatives
- Own marketing’s contribution to pipeline — build and deliver reporting for leadership and cross-functional teams
- Mentor and guide direct reports and/or external contributors
- Own the implementation and optimization of HubSpot as our core marketing automation platform
- Develop lead scoring, nurture workflows, and attribution models to accelerate pipeline
- Build seamless marketing-to-sales handoff processes
- Design dashboards and reporting systems to track campaign KPIs and ROI
- Design and execute integrated, multi-channel campaigns across digital platforms. Bankjoy’s key channels include: events, email, webinars, partnerships, and content
- Drive MQL and SQL growth and measure performance against pipeline and revenue goals
- Partner with Product Marketing on launches and strategic initiatives
- Support targeted growth strategies for key segments and verticals
- Partner with Events to maximize event performance and campaign impact
- Manage relationships with external agencies, freelancers, and content creators
- Set KPIs and performance expectations for partners
- Own campaign analytics, including ROI snd conversion rates
- Conduct A/B testing and iterative optimization
- Generate strategic insights to guide future campaigns and budget allocation
- Deliver executive-level reporting on marketing performance
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
