Summary
Join Power Digital as a Data Ops Strategist and play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and accessibility of our data infrastructure. You will be the first line of defense for troubleshooting data-related issues, providing support to internal and external stakeholders. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric approach. Responsibilities include providing Tier 1 support for data-related issues, implementing and auditing GA4 and GTM, troubleshooting data discrepancies, assisting users with data interpretation, collaborating with cross-functional teams, maintaining knowledge of data management best practices, documenting troubleshooting steps, employing AI technologies, and utilizing Power Digital's Nova ecosystem. The ideal candidate possesses strong proficiency in Looker Studio, Google Tag Manager, and Google Sheets, along with a solid understanding of data visualization and data collection best practices. A Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of experience in a data support or analytics role are required.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Looker Studio, Google Tag Manager, and Google Sheets
- Strong knowledge of data collection best practices (event naming, campaign and UTM tracking)
- Understanding and ability to implement server-side tracking and technologies
- Solid understanding of data visualization principles and techniques
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Technology)
- 1-2 years of experience in a data support or analytics role
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools and web analytics platforms
- Familiarity with data management and quality assurance principles
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 support for escalated issues related to Looker Data Studio reports, performance pacing sheets (reports), Google Tag Manager, and other tagging discrepancies
- Implementation and audits of GA4, GTM, and marketing pixels
- Troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
- Assist users with navigating and interpreting data visualizations and reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address data quality issues
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of data management best practices and industry trends
- Document and communicate troubleshooting steps and resolutions effectively
- Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes
- Utilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency in spoken and written English at an advanced level
