Summary
Join Belle as their first Operations Supervisor in Texas and drive growth in a brand new market. This remote position blends recruitment, market development, and operational excellence, ensuring seniors receive life-changing in-home care. You will recruit, develop, and empower a high-performing team, foster key partnerships, and use grassroots marketing to drive awareness. The role requires managing daily operations, ensuring quality standards, and optimizing key metrics. Requirements
- Previous experience managing a remote workforce, preferably in healthcare or service-related industries
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of scheduling strategies and attendance policies
- Familiarity with healthcare service delivery
- Demonstrated experience in business development, grassroots marketing, or market expansion initiatives
- Willingness to travel as needed to support growth and outreach efforts
- English proficiency required
Responsibilities
- Execute grassroots marketing initiatives (e.g., door-to-door selling) to build brand awareness and establish Belle's presence
- Develop and maintain partnerships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and local groups
- Travel throughout Texas to support business development efforts
- Lead recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified Belle Technicians
- Collaborate with Learning & Delivery to execute thorough onboarding programs
- Provide ongoing coaching and performance management to ensure service excellence
- Foster a positive team culture through regular events and engagement initiatives
- Manage daily operations using company software and project management tools
- Ensure timely completion of administrative tasks and reporting requirements
- Monitor and optimize key metrics, including on-time and appointment completion rates
- Implement effective scheduling strategies to maximize appointment fulfillment
- Ensure accurate clinical data collection and documentation
- Conduct regular shadowing sessions to maintain quality standards
- Monitor attendance and develop solutions to minimize service disruptions
- Drive continuous improvement through performance data analysis
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field
- Fluency in Spanish
