Ops Coordinator

Requirements

• Experience in logistics and operations, with on-demand manufacturing experience
• Familiarity with working with U.S. companies and negotiating with vendors and factories in China

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production and order fulfillment with third-party vendors in China
• Track orders from production to delivery, addressing any issues promptly
• Manage relationships with vendors, negotiating terms, timelines, and quality standards
• Plan and coordinate shipments from China to the U.S., ensuring timely delivery
• Oversee quality control, conducting product checks before shipping to the U.S
• Maintain accurate records of orders, timelines, and any arising issues
• Analyze operational performance data and generate reports for improvements
• Collaborate with design and sales teams to align production schedules with forecasts
• Identify inefficiencies in the supply chain and suggest improvements
• Work effectively with remote teams, primarily across EST time zones
• Ensure compliance with international shipping and customs regulations

Preferred Qualifications

• Excel proficiency
• Experience with Asana, Pipedrive, or Salesforce
• Power BI or other reporting tools experience
• B2+ English proficiency
