Oracle Product Specialist

Summary

Join New Era Technology and become our Techno-Functional Specialist, specializing in Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA), particularly in Enterprise Case Management (ECM). You will customize the ECM UI using OJET, collaborate with business users to gather and analyze requirements, design and implement workflows using PMF, and develop cases triggered by third-party alerts. This role demands strong technical skills in Java, HTML, JS, JQuery, PL/SQL, and Oracle DB, along with proven experience in OFSAA OJET development and workflow creation within the PMF module. You'll act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders. Requirements

• Techno-Functional expertise in OFSAA ECM with strong knowledge of the ECM data model
• Hands-on experience in OFSAA OJET development
• Proven expertise in developing workflows using the PMF module
• Strong experience in creating and managing cases from third-party alerts
• Technical proficiency in Java, PL/SQL, HTML, JavaScript, JQuery, and Oracle DB

Responsibilities

• Customize UI for Oracle ECM using OJET (Oracle JavaScript Extension Toolkit)
• Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze ECM requirements
• Work with the ECM data model and perform data mapping and integration
• Design and implement workflows using the PMF (Process Management Framework) module of OFSAA
• Develop and manage cases triggered by third-party alerts
• Perform coding using Java, HTML, JS, JQuery, and PL/SQL on Oracle DB
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in banking or financial services domain
• Familiarity with Oracle Financial Services AML, KYC, or related products
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
