Requirements

• 5-10 years hands-on experience with Oracle databases in an enterprise environment
• Ability to write technical documents for expert users
• Ability to gain expertise in high-tech subjects beyond Oracle—specifically enterprise storage and data-management solutions—and transfer that expertise to written and graphical deliverables

Responsibilities

• Update post-sales, Oracle-related support content in the client’s web portal
• Create net-new content (such as white papers and reference architectures) that pertains to Oracle and enterprise storage
• Review existing documentation for correctness and ease of use
• Work as a member of a cross-functional, multi-purpose team where success depends on every member
• Deliver drafts on time according to a schedule you help to define
• Work effectively in a constantly changing environment, prioritize multiple tasks, work under minimal/remote supervision and provide frequent status updates while juggling multiple projects
