Order Processing Associate

Summary

Join Fresh Prints, a NYC-based custom apparel startup, and become part of the Operations Team responsible for the logistics of a million-dollar campaign. This role involves managing orders, coordinating timelines with various stakeholders, and optimizing logistics to reduce costs and increase profit margins. You will navigate logistical challenges, ensuring timely order delivery and collaboration with Campus Managers, clients, vendors, and decorators. The position offers hands-on experience in a fast-growing company and is a work-from-home opportunity with a competitive salary. The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of experience in operations/logistics and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• At least 2-6 years of experience in Operations/Logistics
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to changing priorities
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets
• Comfortable learning and navigating different tools and platforms
• Multi-task and balance multiple priorities with deadline oriented approach
• A proactive mindset: flags issues early, follows through, and seeks clarity when needed

Responsibilities

• Processing all the orders assigned to you promptly
• Navigating through the logistical challenges posed by each order to find an optimal solution
• Coordinating timelines with Campus Managers/Clients/Vendors/Decorators to ensure that everyone is on the same page
• Working on projects/campaigns as and when required
