Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar marketing role with a strong focus on organic marketing strategies
  • Background in B2B marketing with a successful track record of increasing organic traffic
  • Native-level proficiency in German. and business proficiency in English
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
  • Ability to produce your own content (particularly in German) and to work effectively with our English speaking content manager
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Highest priority: LinkedIn, medium priority: Facebook, Instagram, Reddit) and best practices for each
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate and implement innovative marketing ideas
  • Experience on what’s driving engagement in a B2B audience
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to integrate data into decision-making processes
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and marketing automation tools to manage processes efficiently
  • Highly motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

  • Be the main driver behind our organic traffic generation and create engagement between potential prospects and our brand
  • Develop and implement strategies to manage and enhance WorkMotion's brand image across all social media channels (primarily LinkedIn, but also Facebook, Instagram, and others)
  • Oversee the management and growth of WorkMotion’s social media channels by developing and implementing creative and highly engaging social media content
  • Support WorkMotion thought leaders with new ideas to grow their reach and audience (and position WorkMotion as a thought leader in the SaaS and HR tech space)
  • Monitor and analyze social media trends to stay ahead and adapt strategies accordingly
  • Utilize SEO optimization techniques and tools to enhance visibility and reach of content
  • Come up with new initiatives to grow our organic reach and measure their success through data analysis
