Outbound Growth Automation Intern

Summary

Join Upfluence as a Paid Internship position in Lyon, France. Support the outbound growth worldwide by automating lead generation processes, managing email infrastructure, developing workflows, optimizing outbound tools, writing and updating email sequences, testing new tools, working with the sales team for feedback, and creating analysis and reporting.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled/graduating in your final year of a Master’s degree in an engineering school or a business school with a technical or data science background
• Fluent in English (we work mainly in the US)
• Good writing and communication skills in English

Responsibilities

• Automating the daily lead generation process for our team of Sales Development Representatives
• Managing the email infrastructure and reputation (inboxes, domains, rotations, warmups, relationship w/ vendors)
• Developing workflows to automate the manual steps of the process
• Managing and optimizing outbound tools (Cargo, Salesforce, SmartLead …)
• Writing and updating email sequences
• Testing new tools and staying up-to-date on outbound trends
• Working hand-in-hand with the sales team to have their feedback on the quality of the leads you brought them
• Creating analysis and reporting to monitor outbound results
