Requirements
- 1-3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in remote outreach methods such as cold calling, LinkedIn, email, and CRM tools
- Strong empathy and emotional intelligence
- Proven lead generation skills
- Excellent negotiation abilities
- Persistence and resilience in overcoming objections
- Strong interpersonal skills and active listening capabilities
- Adaptability and problem-solving mindset
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot and other sales technologies
- Clear understanding of the US market
- Highly motivated and target-driven
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and engage new business opportunities through high-volume cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement
- Conduct outbound sales calls to businesses, connecting with key decision-makers to present InVitro Capital innovative products and solutions
- Qualify potential clients by understanding their needs and aligning them with our offerings, generating high-quality leads
- Set appointments and schedule demos for our Account Executives, ensuring a smooth transition for potential clients
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Operations Manager to refine outbound sales messaging and strategies, driving appointment-setting initiatives
- Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system (HubSpot or Salesforce), ensuring data accuracy and effective follow-up
- Stay focused on meeting and exceeding appointment-setting targets in a fast-paced environment
- Provide feedback from outbound sales activities to inform marketing and sales strategies, ensuring alignment with market demands and customer needs
- Develop effective email sequences and outreach strategies to maximize appointment opportunities
