Outbound Sales Manager

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in an outbound sales role, with at least 1-2 years in a management position
• Proficiency with Hubspot or similar CRM software
• Advanced English skills
• Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to design and implement effective sales strategies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently, as well as collaboratively within a team

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of outbound sales representatives
• Develop and implement sales strategies to identify and penetrate new markets
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key commercial clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs and ensure efficient delivery of services
• Set and achieve sales targets and quotas, providing regular updates and insights to senior management
• Analyze industry patterns and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies effectively
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate records in the CRM system
• Generate detailed sales reports and forecasts to aid strategic decision-making
