Summary
Join RYZ Labs as an Outbound Sales Manager and lead our sales team in driving new business opportunities. You will develop and implement sales strategies, manage a team of sales representatives, and build relationships with key clients. This role requires a proven track record in outbound sales, strong leadership skills, and proficiency with CRM software. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, analyzing market trends, and generating sales reports. RYZ Labs offers a remote work environment and a culture focused on growth and development. Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in an outbound sales role, with at least 1-2 years in a management position
- Proficiency with Hubspot or similar CRM software
- Advanced English skills
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to design and implement effective sales strategies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently, as well as collaboratively within a team
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of outbound sales representatives
- Develop and implement sales strategies to identify and penetrate new markets
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key commercial clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs and ensure efficient delivery of services
- Set and achieve sales targets and quotas, providing regular updates and insights to senior management
- Analyze industry patterns and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies effectively
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate records in the CRM system
- Generate detailed sales reports and forecasts to aid strategic decision-making
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelorβs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
