Outbound Sales Representative

Requirements

• 2-3 years Outbound Sales experience preferably in IT Industry
• Proven track record in outbound calling, lead generation, or appointment setting
• Experience with web scraping and lead list building is essential
• Familiarity with web scraping tools (e.g., Scrapy, Octoparse, or similar)
• Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead generation platforms
• Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain contact lists using web scraping tools
• Update CRM with new leads and research potential clients
• Make outbound calls to introduce products/services and secure appointments
• Handle objections and communicate value propositions effectively
• Track outreach efforts in CRM and follow up to nurture leads
• Provide weekly reports on call metrics and appointments
• Align outreach strategies with business leaders and suggest improvements
• Identify warm leads for prioritization and assist with pre-meeting preparations
