Oversight Architect

Summary

Join our team as an Oversight Architect to support a major health and human services project in Washington, DC. This 12+ month remote contract requires a Curam Certified Technical Architect with extensive experience in IBM Cúram, Oracle products, AWS Cloud, and project management. You will oversee multiple vendor teams, manage project schedules, and ensure alignment with District requirements. The ideal candidate possesses strong technical architecture skills, experience in government agencies and ACA marketplaces, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments. This is a complex project with significant deadlines monitored by federal funding agencies.

Requirements

• Possess experience at the technical architecture level in IBM Cúram Social Program Management, Oracle suite of products for Database, IAM and SOA as well as AWS Cloud experience
• Have past experience working as a Senior Project Manager (PMP Certified) in the health and human services space for government agencies and in delivery of State based Marketplaces in accordance with the Affordable Care Act (ACA)
• Hold a Bachelor's Degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience
• Have Application Development experience
• Have 20 Years Software Development Lifecycle experience
• Have 20 Years Requirements gathering and documentation experience
• Have 20 Years MS Office/PowerPoint experience
• Have 20 Years Project management experience in software development and IT consulting
• Have 10 Years experience in design and implementation of Oracle products
• Have 10 Years experience in SOA implementation
• Have 10 Years experience designing and implementing enterprise databases and data analytic tools
• Be Amazon AWS Certified
• Have 16 Years experience in Cúram architecture and data analytics
• Have 10 Years experience in excellent vendor and stakeholder management
• Have 16 Years experience with the following PM tools (Jira, SharePoint; Sciforma; MS Project)
• Have 10 Years experience in AWS cloud architecture to design and implement cloud solutions
• Have 10 Years hands-on experience designing and deploying cloud architecture on AWS
• Have 10 Years familiarity with AWS CLI, AWS APIs, AWS Management Console, scripting languages, and Windows and Linux environments
• Have 16 Years knowledge of Cúram architecture

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and delivery of multiple releases and projects for the client system
• Work with and/or oversee multiple vendor teams at client
• Work with business stakeholders from client partner agencies in ensuring that the District specific requirements are being captured, designed and delivered in alignment with the technology components in the client infrastructure stack
• Interact heavily with management and customers
• Create schedule quotes for time level of effort
• Allocate time between planning meetings, update meetings, code management, and staff and work oversight
