Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing leadership, with a proven track record of leading complex marketing transformation initiatives
  • Significant experience working with Adobe solutions (Adobe Experience Cloud, Adobe Analytics, etc.) and integrating these with broader marketing technologies
  • Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional teams and working with C-suite executives to drive strategic initiatives
  • Strong background in developing business cases, proposals, and securing approval for large-scale projects
  • Experience working with both B2B and B2C customers in a consultative capacity
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to design and implement marketing solutions that align with business goals
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Expertise in marketing transformation and technology integration, particularly with Adobe products
  • Proven ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects, ensuring timely execution and delivery
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of KPIs, ROI, and performance metrics
  • Must reside in the U.S

Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with senior customer executives, software partners, and internal stakeholders (marketing, sales, product, etc.) to drive alignment on marketing transformation initiatives
  • Lead conversations with C-suite executives to understand their needs and deliver tailored marketing solutions leveraging Adobe technologies, our companyโ€™s solutions, and additional customer systems
  • Lead the creation of strategic marketing transformation roadmaps that articulate the case for change and demonstrate how platforms (Adobe solutions and our companyโ€™s technology stack), data, personas and process come together to achieve it
  • Develop a clear, actionable strategy to address complex business challenges, driving long-term value for clients and aligning with both customer objectives and company goals
  • Craft compelling, data-driven proposals that clearly articulate the value of marketing transformation initiatives to customers and partners
  • Develop detailed business cases to secure stakeholder buy-in and approval for marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with customer needs, business objectives, and KPIs
  • Maintain executive customer relationships throughout delivery and provide the oversight to the engagement team to ensure the successful execution of marketing transformation initiatives, ensuring that all deliverables meet established timelines, budgets, and quality standards
  • Review progress against key performance indicators (KPIs), adjusting tactics and strategies as needed to ensure success
  • Work closely with internal teams (e.g., creative, analytics, product, sales) and external partners to ensure seamless delivery of solutions across multiple platforms
  • Act as the liaison between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring clear communication and a collaborative approach to execution
  • Serve as a thought leader in the marketing transformation space, sharing best practices and insights with both internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and bring innovative ideas to the table for both customers and the organization
  • Establish measurable KPIs for each transformation initiative and track progress to ensure goals are met
  • Regularly review performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize results and maximize customer value
