Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of professional hands-on-keyboard experience in paid media buying for DTC brands
  • Proficiency in paid channels, especially Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Criteo
  • Proficiency in web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Polar) and strong understanding of attribution tools
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Demonstrated success in managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns to achieve specific KPIs (e.g., ROAS, CAC, CPP, LTV)
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment

Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will work closely with Social Media and Creative teams to lead and implement paid media strategy
  • Strategize, plan, execute, and continuously optimize paid media campaigns across paid search and paid social (Google, Meta, Amazon, Criteo and TikTok, among others)
  • Refine our ad creative best practices, project managing ad content creation
  • Conduct A/B tests, and explore new channels
  • Lead the development and management of the affiliate marketing program and monitor performance
  • Collaborate with the Social Media and Creative team to develop compelling ad creatives
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of our paid media with regular monitoring of and reporting on KPIs, including CPP, ROAS, LTV, returning customers, and more
  • Extract data-driven insights to identify targeting, messaging, and ad creative opportunities
  • Proactively identify opportunities to implement new strategies and techniques to stay ahead of the competition

Nice-to-Haves: SEO experience, copywriting skills, a good eye for design and ads
