Summary

Join Ready Set as a Performance & Creative Insights Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping and leading media buying strategies for clients. As a key member of our team, you will maximize campaign performance, provide strategic insights, and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of media strategy development, media planning and negotiating in agencies and/or brand environments
  • Experience in Meta Ads, Tik Tok Ads and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, Performance Max)
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills in English , and the ability to distill and analyze reporting and data into compelling insights and actionable strategies for clients
  • Deep expertise in leading $300,000+ media campaigns with a focus on driving revenue and customer acquisition for DTC brands using paid performance
  • Direct response experience with full comprehension of business goals, CPA-orientated results, ROAS best practices; past experience and deep understanding of the e-commerce environment

Responsibilities

  • Design Comprehensive Media Strategies: Conduct advanced research on target audiences, market trends, and competitors to develop comprehensive media strategies that align with clients' business goals
  • Plan and Lead Media Campaigns: Work closely with clients and senior management to understand campaign goals and budget constraints, designing media plans that achieve optimal results
  • Audit and Improve Client Campaigns: Regularly assess client campaigns for performance, compliance, and strategic alignment. Implement or recommend improvements as necessary
  • Execute Media Buys: Implement media buys for large budgets and complex campaigns according to approved plans, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across various channels
  • Supervise Media Buys: Assist in overseeing the execution of media buys of Associate Media Buyer & Insights Managers and Media Buyer & Insights Managers according to approved plans, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across multiple channels
  • Monitor and Evaluate Campaign Performance: Evaluate campaign performance metrics such as impressions, clicks, conversions, and ROI. Identify trends and opportunities for optimization
  • Lead Media Campaign Optimization : Drive strategic improvements in media campaigns based on data insights. Adjust targeting, messaging, and placements to maximize results. Oversee media budgets and forecasts, ensuring optimal allocation of funds and monitoring financial performance
  • Deliver Strategic Reporting and Insights: Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for clients and senior management. Provide strategic insights and actionable recommendations for future campaigns
  • Visualize Data Effectively: Create high-level decks and reports that clearly communicate performance results and strategic insights
