Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Media Buyer, with expertise in Google Ads, Meta advertising, and TikTok Ads, is a must
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager
  • Experience managing multi-channel advertising budgets and optimizing for performance
  • Solid understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and ROAS
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including creative and marketing
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Experience with e-commerce brands is a must
  • Strong history of media buying, preferably with US companies

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute paid media strategies across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.)
  • Plan and manage budgets to maximize ROI on ad spend
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align media buying strategies with overall brand goals and product launches
  • Manage day-to-day campaign setup, execution, and optimization across channels
  • Adjust bids, budgets, and targeting based on campaign performance to improve ROI
  • Implement A/B testing strategies to optimize creative, targeting, and formats
  • Utilize customer data and audience insights to create highly targeted ad campaigns
  • Develop custom audiences for retargeting and lookalike campaigns
  • Stay updated on platform tools and techniques for precise audience segmentation
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.)
  • Provide regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for optimization
  • Work with analytics tools to assess the effectiveness of media buys and make data-driven adjustments
  • Collaborate with creative teams to ensure ad copy, visuals, and videos are aligned with campaign objectives
  • Provide feedback on creative assets based on performance and best practices
  • Stay updated on trends and platform requirements to optimize creative formats
  • Manage and allocate the media budget across channels efficiently to maximize ROI
  • Monitor spending daily and make adjustments to ensure budget targets are met
