Summary

Requirements

  • Proven Experience: At least 3-5 years in paid media management with significant experience in working with U.S.-based clients
  • Platform Expertise: Extensive experience in managing and optimizing campaigns on LinkedIn, Instagram, Google Ads, Meta, Pinterest, and Amazon
  • Analytical Proficiency: Strong skills in campaign analysis and using A/B testing to improve results
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of HubSpot, Salesforce, ClickUp, and Google Analytics
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication abilities to effectively collaborate with teams and report on campaign progress
  • Creative Skills: Experience in designing ad creatives and crafting compelling copy
  • Strategic Experience: Proven experience in developing and executing diverse campaign strategies for B2B, B2C, DTC, and lead generation

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management: Lead and optimize advertising campaigns on platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Google, Meta, Pinterest, and Amazon focused on lead generation, lead conversion, and customer acquisition
  • Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive paid media strategies that align with marketing goals and target the right audience segments
  • Performance Analysis and A/B Testing: Regularly analyze campaign effectiveness, conduct A/B testing to refine strategies, and ensure optimal performance
  • CRM and CMS Management: Utilize tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and ClickUp for marketing operations assistance
  • Budget Management: Manage and allocate campaign budgets effectively to maximize ROI
  • Ad Creatives and Copywriting: Design and develop compelling ad creatives, and craft engaging copy that resonates with the target audience
