Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing paid social campaigns, with a focus on Meta Ads
  • Previous experience managing eCommerce campaigns with measurable success in driving ROI
  • Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager and analytics tools like Triple Whale and Motion
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce metrics such as ROAS, CAC, and LTV
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities with attention to detail
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a collaborative approach

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans for Meta Ads campaigns, incorporating data analysis and client feedback
  • Leverage Triple Whale, Motion, and other tools to analyze campaign performance and guide creative decisions
  • Constantly adapt to the evolving digital marketing landscape, identifying new opportunities for growth
  • Build and manage campaigns across Meta and other platforms, such as TikTok and Pinterest
  • Provide creative direction, ensuring campaigns align with audience preferences and business objectives
  • Conduct A/B testing to refine targeting, messaging, and creative performance
  • Take full accountability for client campaign performance, ensuring key KPIs such as ROAS, CAC, and spend efficiency are met
  • Communicate results and strategic recommendations to clients and leadership in a clear, actionable manner
  • Share insights and learnings with the broader team to foster continuous growth and innovation
  • Manage and optimize 4-6 Meta Ads accounts with monthly budgets exceeding $350,000 across all accounts
  • Provide strategic oversight for campaigns on emerging platforms like TikTok and Pinterest
  • Use tools like Triple Whale and Motion for campaign analysis and performance tracking
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align on creative and funnel strategies
  • Maintain clear, consistent communication with clients, serving as the primary point of contact for account performance
