Summary

Join Power Digital's Internal Marketing team as a Paid Media Manager and plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, and Google to drive Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs). This role blends strategic demand generation and demand capture efforts to ensure Power Digital reaches and converts its Total Addressable Market. You will write ad copy, make creative recommendations, and adjust bids and targeting in real time, owning performance from end to end. Your work directly fuels our pipeline and helps elevate the Power Digital brand across key digital platforms. This is a contract position with estimated working hours of 20-30h/week, supporting 100% remote, in-office, or hybrid work styles for anyone legally eligible to work in LATAM. Proficiency in spoken and written English at an advanced level is required.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media across LinkedIn, Meta, and Google Ads
  • Proven track record of driving SQLs and hitting demand gen targets through digital media
  • Strong ad copywriting skills and ability to align messaging with brand tone and value propositions
  • Experience providing strategic creative direction and working closely with design or creative teams
  • Deep understanding of bid strategy, campaign structures, targeting options, and A/B testing
  • Strong analytical mindset with comfort navigating campaign data and pulling actionable insights
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple campaigns at once with attention to detail
  • Number of SQLs generated monthly from each paid channel (LinkedIn, Meta, Google)
  • Cost per SQL and ROAS by platform
  • CTR and conversion rates on paid ads across platforms
  • Volume and velocity of A/B tests run and implemented
  • Lead quality feedback and pipeline contribution from paid sources
  • Drive consistent SQL generation through strategic demand gen and capture paid media efforts
  • Optimize campaigns continuously to reduce cost per lead and improve conversion quality
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure messaging, creative, and targeting are aligned to business goals

Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and Google Ads to generate SQLs
  • Build demand generation and demand capture campaigns tailored to platform strengths and target audience behaviors
  • Write high-converting ad copy and collaborate with the creative team on asset development, providing clear recommendations and performance feedback
  • Execute real-time bid and budget adjustments based on performance data to maximize ROI and lead volume
  • Develop and test new strategies, audience segments, and campaign structures to continuously improve performance across platforms
  • Monitor campaign performance closely, analyzing data and reporting on key insights and optimizations
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal marketing and sales teams to ensure campaign alignment with business goals and growth priorities
