Requirements
- You have 2-4+ years of hands-on, quantifiable experience managing significant paid advertising budgets ($100k/month+ budgets in previous roles) with a strong track record of hitting ROAS and CAC targets
- You are driven by data and focused on achieving clear, measurable business outcomes and profitability from your ad spend. You can articulate your past campaign successes with specific metrics (e.g., "achieved 3x ROAS", "reduced CAC by 20%")
- Demonstrable expertise in managing campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram Ads Manager) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) is essential
- You possess strong analytical skills, comfortable diving deep into data, identifying trends, and translating complex information into actionable insights
- You are a self-starter who thrives in an autonomous role, capable of independently managing projects from strategy to execution and optimization
- You can effectively communicate complex ad performance data and strategies to both marketing professionals and non-technical stakeholders
- You thrive in fast-paced, evolving startup environments, comfortable with change and embracing new challenges
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage high-performing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Meta/Facebook & Instagram Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads) to acquire new coaches and help existing coaches scale their businesses
- Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance against key metrics such as Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), conversion rates, and lead quality
- Strategically manage and allocate significant advertising budgets to maximize efficiency and profitability, ensuring spend aligns with growth targets and gross margin objectives
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and audience targeting to continuously improve campaign effectiveness
- Provide regular, in-depth reports on campaign performance, key insights, and actionable recommendations to leadership, clearly demonstrating ROI and impact on coach growth
- Work closely with the marketing team, sales (Coach Partnership Specialists), and Account Managers (CAMs) to align ad strategies with overall business objectives and client needs
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies in the online fitness coaching and paid advertising space
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with TikTok Ads is a significant plus
- A personal interest or background in the fitness industry or online coaching is a plus, allowing you to connect authentically with our coach community
