Remote Paid Search Director (Enterprise)

Summary

Join Jump 450 as a Paid Search Director (Enterprise) and lead the day-to-day operations for one of their largest clients. As the subject matter expert, you will provide strategic recommendations, analysis, and reporting while managing a team of search specialists. The role requires exceptional communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and experience in paid search marketing.

Requirements

• 3+ years of performance marketing experience required, specifically an emphasis on paid search
• Experience in scaling/increasing campaign spends while maintaining or improving KPIs
• Ability to problem-solve and structure complex projects/plans with multiple stakeholders and deliverables
• Ability to communicate effectively to all employee levels while understanding both the day-to-day and big picture

Responsibilities

• Lead as the day-to-day subject matter expert (SME) for one of Jump’s largest clients
• Provide strategic recommendations, analysis, and reporting
• Respond to ad-hoc requests from the client
• Manage a team of search specialists
