Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in e-commerce paid search (retail PPC/SEM), preferably in an agency setting
- Proficiency in leveraging advanced Amazon Advertising tactics and strategies, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands/Videos, and Sponsored Displays
- Proficiency in leveraging advanced Google and Bing tactics and strategies, including Performance Max, Demand Gen, Audience Signals/Custom Segments, and Smart Bidding
- Proficiency with Shopping campaigns (Standard, Smart, PMAX) and feed management
- Proven abilities with managing 6-figure monthly budgets
- Expertise in YouTube strategies for reach, engagement, and conversion
- Strong familiarity with Amazon platforms, including Amazon Advertising, Amazon DSP, Amazon Marketing Cloud, and Seller/Vendor Central
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
- Ability to pull data from platforms and generate ad hoc reporting
- Comfortable presenting to clients and internal teams as needed
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Demonstrated track record of managing successful paid search campaigns with a focus on driving results and ROI
Responsibilities
- Strategically manage and optimize Amazon Advertising, Amazon DSP, Walmart and Target paid media campaigns
- Develop and execute strategic paid search campaigns across Google, Bing and related search platforms
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for ongoing optimization
- Report on campaign performance and status updates to external and internal teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align paid search efforts with overall marketing objectives and initiatives
